"Terry was patient and rescheduled our meeting multiple times. Her knowledge of the products were very good. We found that we were under insured by over half our homes value. The rate of insurance per dollar was lower. We saved more by bundling our auto in too! A further reduction will be realized by completing a defensive driver course online. All thanks to Terry! "It was a pleasure to work with the Casanova office. They have handled my homeowner insurance needs for 16 years at least. Recently, Terri handled insurance for our new home. There were some items that got messed up and she was able to walk me through it. Was able to get a hold of the adjuster and make sure the items of concern Were brought to his attention.
